The activities of the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung

With its support, the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung wants to emphasize and encourage institutions and projects. The Berthold Leibinger Stiftung holds a 3.8 percent share of the TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG indirectly via the Berthold Leibinger Beteiligungen GmbH. The capital stock amounts to 9.9 Millionen Euros.

Every commitment needs a direction. The Berthold Leibinger Stiftung supports projects and institutions from the areas of culture, science, church and charity. In past years, the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung has sponsored more than 160 projects with the earnings from the foundation's assets. Each project was sponsored for a good reason. On the following pages, the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung would like to introduce you to a few selected examples from each area.

 
The Berthold Leibinger Stiftung sponsors the great literary institutions in the town of Marbach am Neckar.
The Internationale Hugo-Wolf-Akademie is dedicated to song, poetry and the art of lied.
 
The Berthold Leibinger Innovationspreis recognizes advancements in the application and generation of laser light.
The Berthold Leibinger Zukunftspreis honors milestones in research on the application or generation of laser light.
 
The restoration of the more than 800-year-old Stiftskirche in Stuttgart was sponsored by the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung.
The Berthold Leibinger Stiftung will support the renovation project of the Lukaskirchengemeinde in Gerlingen.
In the Misholim Children's Center of the Jerusalem Foundation, traumatized children undergo treatment and therapy.
 
We support the professional care of dying children and their families in the Kinderhospiz Stuttgart.
