Award Ceremony

On July 9, 2010, 50 years after the invention of the first laser by Theodore Maiman, the Berthold Leibinger Stiftung awarded the prize winners for the sixth time.

400 guests from politics, industry, science and media came to TRUMPF’s headquarters in Ditzingen to celebrate the four prize winners of the Berthold Leibinger Innovationspreis and the winner of the Berthold Leibinger Zukunftspreis. The main speech was given by Professor Dr. Peter Gruss, president of the Max Planck Society.
